Thick spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and squid

I was looking to create my version of the classic garlic, olive oil and chilli pasta.

I’ve never been a big fan of garlic and oil, mainly due to how much the garlic is usually browned in the traditional recipe.

I opted for using raw garlic, looking to highlight the value of something that is so commonly used and yet about which we often know so little.
